Balfin is one of the shareholders of PLUS Communication Sh.A., the forth mobile operator in Albania. PLUS represents the consortium of several successful Albanian companies in different business fields. The company received its GSM license for offering mobile telephony services in June 2009. The company is planning to launch its products in the field of telecommunication during fall of 2010. Being an entirely Albanian company, PLUS aims at better serving Albanian consumers, while offering excellent service and products.
