Tirana Logistic Park
With his 200.000m2 land, Tirana Logistic Park will contain 5 warehouses having 80.000m3 of Class A warehouse space. This will be Albania’s first logistic park with highway and rail access, level dock unloading and office space for the tenants. Customs clearance on site and bonded warehouse potential are also available. This project will start in late 2010 and is expected to take 2-3 years.
