Mane TCI
Real estate activities are concentrated in Mane TCI. Mane TCI can act as both an investor and general contractor for real estate developments. Balfin or Mane TCI has constructed over 60.000m2 of GLA for commercial space and has in development an additional 118.000m2 of commercial space. In residential development Mane TCI has developed over 500 apartments and in Tirana is developing several other projects listed below.
Mane TCI has many other developments in the pipeline including developments on the beautiful Albanian coast and other residential areas around Tirana. Mane TCI is willing to work with international investors to pursue and develop real estate projects in Albania and the region.
